Liu Guoliang continues to support Chinese TT

As per the official statement, in order to ensure a smooth and complete preparation cycle for the Los Angeles Olympic Games, Liu Guoliang voluntarily stepped down from his position as President of the Chinese Table Tennis Association to facilitate a generational transition and foster innovation in the sport. He stated that he will continue to play an active role in supporting the development of table tennis in China and contributing to the broader advancement of the country’s sporting endeavors.
