Update on salary cap for naturalized players in 2026: If a Chinese Super League club opts to apply the foreign-player salary cap to its naturalised players, the annual salary cap for foreign players may be increased by €2 million. At the same time, the total salary for foreign players excluding naturalised players must not exceed €10 million (pre-tax).
