Ivankovic on the future of Chinese football

In an interview with Omani media, Branko Ivankovic, the ex-China national team head coach, showed optimism on the future of Chinese football: "Chinese football is on the right path, but more work needs to be done with young players, including the establishment of a proper youth league system. I built a strong national team in China, replacing around 17 players and calling up eight young players. They are the bright future of Chinese football.”
