On the third matchday of the 2026 FIBA Women’s Basketball World Cup Qualifying Tournament, China defeated South Sudan 86–76, finishing the first three games with a 2–1 record. China’s outside shooting clicked collectively, with Wang Siyu contributing 17 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists, all of her points coming in the second half. Chen Yujie had 14 points and 3 rebounds, while Yang Shuyu and Luo Xinyu added 11 points apiece. Zhang Ziyu chipped in with 11 points and 5 rebounds.
