In Game 4 of the 2025–26 Italian Women’s Volleyball League finals, defending champions Conegliano delivered a 3-0 road win over Milan, sealing the championship with a 3-1 series victory over four matches. The triumph secured Conegliano’s ninth Italian league title in club history, while key starter Zhu Ting finished the season ranked No. 1 among all outside hitters in both spike success rate and hitting efficiency, collecting the 26th trophy of her professional career.

With Conegliano holding a 2-1 lead after the first three matches, the team entered Game 4 with the title within reach. Conegliano struck first in the opening set, jumping out early as Zhu’s high-quality serving repeatedly targeted Milan’s back-row reception, and Haak’s heavy attacking helped build a quick advantage. Conegliano took the set 25-17.
In sets two and three, Conegliano relied on tight blocking and floor defense and a balanced attack with multiple scoring options to steady the match. They withstood every wave of Milan’s pushback and executed with precision on crucial points, edging both sets 25-22 to complete the 3-0 sweep.
The victory extends Conegliano’s Italian league dominance to eight consecutive titles since 2018 and delivers the ninth league crown in club history. Haak scored a team-high 19 points and was named the league’s season MVP. Starting the match, Zhu remained in top form, converting 3 of 4 attacks for a 75% success rate with no errors and no blocks against. She also impressed in backcourt support, posting seven receptions without an error and providing stable ball control to remove obstacles for Conegliano’s offense.
Over the course of the season, Zhu recorded a 46.4% spike success rate and 39.5% hitting efficiency—both best among all outside hitters. She also provided high-quality connective play and tactical support, thriving as an all-around outside hitter to energize Conegliano’s full offensive system on both ends of the court. The title is the 26th of Zhu’s career and marks her second time atop the Italian league podium, as the 32-year-old continues to write her own distinctive chapter.
