CSL transfer window starts today

The CSL pre-seaon transfer window opens today, lasting for one month from Mar 15 to Apr 15. The time frame of CL1 transfer window is the same as CSL. CL2 pre-season transfer windows will open on Mar 29 and close on Apr 29.
