Hao Wei, the head coach of the domestic double-winning Shandong Taishan, wins the 2021 Chinese Coach of the Year with 565 pts in the voting. Chen Yang, the head coach of Changchun Yatai, is ranked 2nd. Shui Qingxia, the China women's team head coach is ranked 3rd.
