China women's remain titleless in EAFF-E1

After a goalless draw against Japan, China women's, with 1 win and 2 draws gained, is ranked 2nd in the EAFF-E1 championship. It's yet their best record in the history of the tournament. Their winless record against Nadeshiko is extended to 5 years after a 2:1 win in 2016.
