Dalian's FIFA ban from signing players lift

Dalian announced that the FIFA ban, which prevents them from signing new players, has been lift. They were alleged by several former players including Marek Hamsik and Jailson due to outstanding salaries. Due to the ban they have not had a single foreign player this season.
