Official: Chengdu Rongcheng sign Saldanha

After weeks after JEF United announced that Saldanha was set to move to China, Chengdu Rongcheng finally announced the signing of the Brazilian striker on loan. The 23-year-old has arrived in Guangzhou to join his teammates to preparer for the away match against Guangzhou City.
