Hours after being eliminated by Coco Gauff in the fourth round of the women's singles, Zhang Shuai was knocked out from the women's double of the U.S Open: with her partner Marta Kostyuk, they were beaten by the duo of Desirae Krawczyk and Demi Schuurs in the 3rd round.
