Jinjiang becomes the 3rd CSL official venue

CSL announce that Jinjiang is confirmed as the official CSL neutral venue. It's the 3rd CSL official neutral venue after Dalian and Haikou after the home-away format was resumed. As Dalian in the North is getting cold, another venue in the warmer south is demanded.
