Chengdu Rongcheng's target: Manuel Palacios

As Saldanha left after a short-term loan, Chengdu Rongcheng is considering to sign Manuel Palacios from Seongnam. The Colombian striker could be the 5th foreign player that Chengdu sign from K league after Felipe, Romulo, Richard Windbichler and Kim Min-Woo.
