The CSL kickoff date: no earlier than Apr 15

Based upon the proposals in the CFA meeting last week, the earliest CSL kickoff date is Apr 15 - in the best-case scenario. The governing body aims to announce the approval list of teams to participate the Chinese league in the 2023 season before March 20.
