WTA Dubai: Zheng Qingwen sweeps Zhang Shuai

The only two Chinese female players in the tournament collided in the first round of the WTA1000 Dubai women's singles. The 20-year-old Zheng Qingwen swept the 34-year-old Zhang Shuai 6-3, 6-1 at ease. She will take on Liudmila Samsonova in the second round.
