Jia Xiuquan back to coaching role

After being dismissed as the China women's NT head coach due to the disappoiting results in the Tokyo Olympic Games, Jia Xiuquan returns to coaching role. The veteran coach is appointed to take charge of Shaanxi Shengtang Qinli, a newly-built club based in Weinan.
