The 2023 CSL referee: Ma Ning

Ma Ning is officially awarded the 2023 CSL referee of the year, or the "Golden Whistle". After Ma Ning, Mamatjan Ahmat is awarded the "Silver Whistle" and Li Haixin is named the "Bronze Whistle". Ma Ji, Cao Yi and Zhang Cheng are the three best assistant referees.
