Ding Liren faces challenger from India

The 2024 FIDE World Chess Championship will be held from November 25 to December 13 at Resorts World Sentosa in Singapore. The match will feature Ding Liren, and challenger, Indian player Gukesh. This will mark the first time in the 138-year history of the World Chess Championship that two Asian players will compete for the title.
