In the 2024 Best 10 athletes of Qingdao, A Lan was named along with Olympic table tennis gold winner Chen Meng. The ex-Guangzhou Evergrande naturalized striker played a key role in Qingdao West Coast's relegation battle and scored 11 goals in the 2024 CSL season.
