Fan Zhengdong's reply to the WTT's statement (1/3): ""After carefully reading WTT's statement, and in the spirit of prudence and respect for international organizations, I’d like to add a few simple points. I’m not certain when the policy regarding penalizing non-participating players was first introduced, but I can confirm that I was never officially informed before that withdrawing from a tournament would incur fines."
