Wang Xinyu withdraws from Bad Homburg Open

Wang Xinyu has withdrawn from the WTA 500 Bad Homburg Open, and her spot in the draw will be filled by lucky loser Ashlyn Krueger. Just yesterday, at the WTA 500 Berlin Open final, the Chinese player fell 1–2 to former Wimbledon champion Markéta Vondroušová, finishing as the runner-up and achieving the best singles result of her career on the WTA Tour.
