Shanghai Port has officially announced the signing of Oscar Melendo from Cadiz. As Matias Vargas, the 28-year-old Spanish attacking midfielder used to be Wu Lei's teammate in Real Espanyol. In the past season, Oscar Melendo recorded 2 goals and 2 assists in Cadiz.
