Rastar sell RCD Espanyol to VELOCITY SPORTS

RCD Espanyol's parent company, the Guangdong-based Rastar Group Co., Ltd., has issued an announcement stating its intention to sell its 99.66% stake in the club taken over in 2015. The buyer is VELOCITY SPORTS Co., Ltd, which owns the EPL side Burnley.The transaction is valued at €130 million, with €65 million paid in cash and the remaining €65 million paid in shares of VELOCITY.
