After China women's basketball team was eliminated by Japan, comment from Gong Luming, the veteran head coach (2/2):"But given our twin-tower lineup, there were some gaps (in defensive build-up). Sometimes our defense was solid, but at other times we failed to match up properly, giving them open threes and causing us a lot of trouble. This is something we really need to reflect on. Looking ahead, whether we use a twin-tower setup or a four-small-one-big lineup, we need to find better ways to defend against such fast-paced styles of play."
