Official: Zheng Qinwen withdraws the US Open

The US Open officially announced that Zheng Qinwen has withdrawn from this year’s tournament next month due to injury. Earlier, Zheng Qinwen revealed on social media that she had undergone a minimally invasive arthroscopic surgery on her right elbow. It is the first time Zheng Qinwen misses a Grand Slam event since making her debut at the 2022 Australian Open.
