Xiangchao Mascot: Super Rice as headpiece

Hunan, a major agricultural province and key producer of rice, rapeseed, tea (Junshan Silver Needle, Anhua Dark Tea), and citrus, is known as the “land of fish and rice.” Yuan Longping, the “Father of Hybrid Rice,” developed the “super rice” here, making a vital contribution to China’s food security. To echo both “Super Rice” and the “Super League,” the 2025 Xiang Super League mascot is designed around this iconic crop, highlighting Hunan’s deep rice culture, blending local heritage with the passion of football.
