Kevin Muscat stays with Shanghai Port

Scottish Premiership club Glasgow Rangers have officially announced the appointment of 36-year-old German coach Danny Röhl as their new manager on a two-and-a-half-year contract. Earlier reports suggested that Kevin Muscat, the head coach of Shanghai Port, was close to taking charge of Rangers, but he chose to stay with Shanghai Port until the end of the season. The move eventually fell through as Kevin Muscat was unwilling to accept Rangers’ urgent call.
