Shanghai Shenhua announce the signing of Rafael Ratan. The 30-year-old Brazilian striker scored 23 goals and made 4 assists in 44 appearances for Cerezo Osaka in the 2025 season. He is expected to replace Andre Luis as Shenhua’s focal point up front, with the team struggling for efficiency in front of goal.
