In the women’s snowboard halfpipe qualification at the Winter Olympic Games, Liu Jiayu, the veteran who is on her 5th Olympic Games camapaign and the silver medallist in the event at the 2018 PyeongChang Winter Olympic Games, suffered a heavy crash on her second run and was subsequently taken away on a stretcher.
