
On April 1, the finals of the 2025–26 Chinese Women’s Volleyball Super League concluded in Shanghai. Shanghai Bright Ubest defeated the defending champions Jiangsu Zhongtian Steel 3–0, completing a comeback to win the series 2–1 and lifting the domestic league championship trophy again after 25 years. The individual awards for the season were also announced, with Shanghai’s Wang Weiyi named MVP and Cai Bin winning Best Coach.
