Chengdu leads CSL with 7 straight wins

On May 5, in Round 10 of the 2026 Chinese Super League, Liaoning Tieren hosted Chengdu Rongcheng.

The first half produced few chances for either side. Deep into second-half stoppage time, Felipe Silva scored with a stunning bicycle kick—his second consecutive match scoring in such fashion—to seal the winner. 

In the end, Chengdu Rongcheng edged Liaoning Tieren 1–0, extending their winning streak to seven games and remaining top of the table.
