China advance to U17 Asian Cup semi-finals

In the quarterfinals of the 2026 AFC U-17 Asian Cup, China defeated host nation Saudi Arabia away from home to advance to the semifinals.

In the first half, Faisal Al-Bayoumi opened the scoring for Saudi Arabia, before Kuang Zhaolei provided the assist for Wan Xiang to equalize for China. In the second half, He Sifan assisted Zhao Songyuan to give China the lead, before He Sifan himself scored to seal the victory.

China came from behind to win 3–1 and book a place in the final four. China will next face the winner of the quarterfinals between Vietnam and Australia.
